Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities in Federal Way, WA. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: • Assist Maintenance Supervisor in all areas of maintenance on the property • Maintain property and units in good condition • Perform physical labor and custodial duties as needed Requirements: • Professional appearance • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Basic computer/technology skills • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable transportation Maintenance Requirements: • O7B Trainee License (Provided by company) • Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
