Missing 2 13 Week Old German Shepherd Puppies

Missing 2 German Shepherd Puppies. One with a red harness and a green harness on the other one. They are almost knee high to an adult. They were tied together with black camping string. I am lost with out these 2 pups. They are both boys. They are about 13 weeks old. One ears don't quite stick up yet or maybe now they do. Any info would be rewarded if it leads to finding them.
