I went in hospital while at ohra shelter, my dog was placed and no one will help me find her, several people have told me who had taken my dog, management has chosen to denied knowing, also the person that supposed to have taken her to foster home denies doing that! She is registered with state and I want my dog back! Any information would be appreciated!
