Press release from the City of White Plains: November 23, 2021 In observance of Thanksgiving, all city offices will be closed on Thursday, November 25th and there will be no garbage pick-up that day.  There will be no paper recycling this week. Paper recycling will resume on Wednesday, December 1st. Paper recycling will resume on Wednesday, December 1st.     If you live on a Monday / Thursday garbage collection route, your trash will be picked up Tomorrow (Wednesday). If you live on a Tuesday / Friday collection route, your trash will be picked up on Friday as usual. Mixed recycling will be picked up according to the normal schedule. Once again, there will be no paper pick up this week. If you live on a Monday / Thursday garbage collection route, your trash will be picked up Tomorrow (Wednesday).
