Maintenance Technician Position Overview Davidson’s is an innovative leader in firearms distribution recognized for its excellence in creative marketing, technology, and world-class customer service. Davidson’s is currently seeking a Full-time or Part-time Maintenance Technician to join our hard-working team at our East Coast Distribution Center in Greensboro, NC! As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, and repairing facility-wide services. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities • Maintain, trouble shoot, and repair all assigned equipment • All repairs done safely in a craftsman-like manner • Looking for continuous improvements • Keep all work areas clear and free of debris or safety hazards • Maintain the internal and exterior condition of our facility • Assist in contracting vendors for special projects • Use common hand and power tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches to safely perform repair work • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that the building systems operate efficiently Maintenance Technician Position Requirements • Must have technical/mechanical training or a job history showing relevant experience • Must be at least 21 years of age • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening • Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift • The ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Maintenance Technician Benefits Davidson’s is a casual environment that offers a generous benefits compensation package including a starting wage range of $16 to $20 p/hour DOE in addition to FREE Medical, Dental, Life insurance, and family Telemedicine benefits for our Full-time employees.
