found cat, might be a stray

I found this beautiful kitty cat near the grove townhouses. She is a bit skiddish but if you’re gentle she’ll warm up to you. Anyone know who’s cat this might be? I feel like she’s a stray. I can’t keep her but will not give her to a random person. I need to know she’s going somewhere safe.
