Disabled Vet asking a favor

I live in Riverside, Mo. and don't drive anymore. I use a power wheelchair to get around the neighborhood in and went shopping at Red X couple of days ago and the batteries went low about half way home. It is currently sitting behind a business who wouldn't let me plug it in just long enough to put a small charge in it so there it sits. It's less from a mile from where I live but I'm out of money and really need to get it here. I'm looking for someone with a small trailer with a ramp or a receiver hitch wheelchair hauler to help out. It's a mile tops from point to point, your help would be greatly appreciated
