Established building supply wholesaler is seeking a full-time/year-round warehouse associate/forklift operator. Our associates are responsible for unloading and stocking the warehouse with material and fulfilling and loading trucks for delivery. The majority of the job is done by forklift, both in the warehouse and outside in the lumber yard. Forklift experience preferred but training is available. Some knowledge of building materials is also preferred but not necessary. During the busy season the job can be very fast paced and dynamic, requiring both mental and physical capabilities. Basic math skills, strong communication, as well as the ability to occasionally lift up to sixty pounds are necessary. Starting in the winter will give our new associate a chance to get to know our products and procedures before it gets busy again.
