Some drummers are cool and some... Their egos are only matched by lead singers..... And that is a VERY high "standard" to meet or beat.. I see those "Must be a paying gig/working band only" ads and think "Ok, you want to reap the rewards that the rest of the band worked to make happen since the inception of the band. Yeah, that is definitely lead singer ego area.". Maybe they should contact that lead singer who has been looking for a band for over a year and still says "No start ups"... They would be perfect for each other...
