Not the biggest, just the best. This means that we need to offer our services only from the best locations in the area. All upper management works toward identifying, selecting, occupying, and retaining the highest quality locations available. The Installation Manager is responsible for managing auto glass technicians, dispatch/routing processes, reporting, and field related problems. Responsibilities: Manage Auto Glass Technicians Review daily technicians jobs with Router Be available for technicians question/issues/concerns Monday-Saturday Review/Keep running a report for completion rates/warranty rates Go on vehicle inspections to ensure quality of work and any possible damage/warranty issues Be available to the sales for technical questions Work closely with Service Manager daily to address any customer issues/warranty Be able to de-escalate an irate customer due to technician/warranty issue Work with the warehouse team to ensure technicians follow check in/check out procedures Work with service team to ensure technicians are updating their daily routes in a timely manner Work with accounting department to ensure technicians keep their contracts/agreements up to date Requirements: Monday-Saturday work week as we service customers 6 days a week. Must have experience leading auto glass technicians Critical Thinker/Problem Solving Skills Must be an excellent communicator Strong organizational skills Customer service skills and the ability to resolve complaints, inquiries and operational situations.
