Description The field support assistant would assist our Service Technicians and office staff. The assistant will be organized and willing to take direction from various teams to ensure that parts are obtained from suppliers and properly stocked. The ideal candidate is familiar with basic hand and power tools. The assistant will service and repair small equipment and ensure that vehicles are properly serviced and maintained. Field Support Assistants will gather and deliver parts, tools, and equipment to enable the Service Technicians to complete jobs. Experience Level: 0-2 years Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure parts and equipment are available for each job • Provide assistance to Service Technicians when needed • Ensure the building and warehouse are kept in excellent condition • Ensure vehicles are properly serviced and maintained • Take direction from management to complete various support tasks as needed Requirements and Qualifications • Some plumbing or trade experience is preferred • High School diploma or GED equivalent • Flexible schedule – occasional night or weekend jobs • Valid drivers license with clean driving record • Pass drug and background test
