Seeking an experienced lead guitarist who can also solo (yes, there is a difference) AND is a TEAM PLAYER (not an arrogant prick)! Please also know the difference between “cover” and “copy” (we prefer the latter) and the difference between practice (what you do at home) and rehearsal (what you do with your bandmates). Please know the meaning of the word “dynamics” (it separates the men from the boys) – both in terms of your playing AND your stage presence. Please be sober and responsible – we are. This is an existing, currently-gigging project. We are a ROCK band that skews to a female audience. If you’re cool with “sausage fest” audiences, we are NOT your band! Still reading?
