I found a Samsung phone this morning while walking the dog. I found it in Phinney Ridge in front of the Bugge apartment building at 64th and Phinney. It's soaking wet and I can't turn it on. I have it in rice now. If you think it's yours, tell me what type of case it has it's yours.
