Position Summary The person is responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year industry experience, can work with others, and is willing to drive to different job site locations. Day shift. Weekends available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Maintaining a clean job site: picking up all tools and equipment - Handling and storing materials - Inspect the surface areas after cleaning to ensure it is clear of dirt, stains, and streaks - Brush and squeegee glass windows - Cleaning interior and exterior refrigerator and freezer glass doors - Must have an eye on preventative maintenance (report defects, repairs, things that may need attention at different job sites) we bring value to our clients when we let them know about issues at their properties - Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all clients - Ensuring that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, bringing problems to the attention of the Operations Manager, CEO, or HR Manager Qualifications - MUST have ACTIVE Drivers License with clean driving record (Person will be added to the vehicle insurance) - Ability to drive long distances, up to 50% of the job - Ability to work independently and complete daily work schedules - Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time - Ability to communicate orally and in writing (English and or Spanish) - Ability to use equipment and tolls properly and safely - Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency - Must be able to work with others and perform with little supervision - Experience on the job preferred Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
