Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician Needed!! 40 hours per week! Prior maintenance experience encouraged, but not required. Job will start within the next couple of weeks. Some Details are below: • Provide basic daytime janitorial services including: Mud removal from hallways. sanitizing door knobs, etc. • Supervise all facility contracted services, such as snow removal, landscaping maintenance, general cleaning and maintenance and other on-call facility vendors. • Participate in the solicitation of bids for contracted services. • Create a file of all facility contracted vendors including on-call vendors. • Conduct a morning, daily walk-through of the building and site to ensure that building and site for clean and ready for staff and students. • Meet with the Director at least once per week to discuss facility projects. • Provide basic carpentry, plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical and landscaping tasks. • Track and perform recurring PM work orders • Track all building mechanical systems
