Active investment company needs remodeling crews for kitchen and bathroom remodels, plus some additional work, on project houses in HEB area, Fort Worth area, and Alvarado area. Each house requires both kitchen and bath remodeling, plus additional work such as paint, flooring, window installation and so on. We are active investors with numerous projects, but we are NOT looking for low-budget, cheap work. Our parent company focuses on high-quality remodels for homeowners throughout DFW, but typically in areas such as Keller and Southlake. Remodeling on our investment homes is done to the same standards as our work for clients. We use the investment homes to evaluate new crews and see if you might be a fit for our client jobs, so if you do good work and are looking for more work, there's plenty of it available. We will typically start you with a bathroom or kitchen - a bite-sized project - rather than signing a contract for the full house, but good quality work leads to lots more work. We pay fairly, and we pay on time. We're typically looking for 2 to 3 man crews where the crew leader is part of the team. No GCs - that's what WE do!
