Looking to add 3rd crew member to our team. About you: You can be of any background, we are happy to train anyone thats got a strong work ethic and willing to learn. I understand everyone has to start somewhere and get their foot in the door.. But we are prioritizing the search for someone capable of handiwork + maintenance/repairs, or a carpenter, or someone experienced in paint/drywall that can work independently if needed. You should have your own transportation, tools specific to your trade, and a solid work ethic. About us: We're a small business specializing in home repairs, apartment, single family, and multi family maintenance, inspection reports, move in and move out punchlists, "honey do lists", and general carpentry work. We work throughout the Triangle and some outlying areas, Raleigh, Durham, chapel hill, Hillsborough, Morrisville, apex, Cary, Holly Springs, fuquay varina, sanford, fayetteville, pinehurst, benson/erwin/Dunn, garner, Clayton, zebulon, knightdale + wake forest are some of the areas we service. We have 2 guys, one who is our lead carpenter, and then there's me. I help everywhere I can, but I'm also doing billing, estimating, walk throughs, finding help, sourcing materials, and all the other administrative type work that comes with the gig. We need someone that can help our lead carpenter as needed, but still capable of running small jobs here and there when we're not on a larger project. You would need to be able to learn, and adapt to different types of work and environments. Sometimes we're posted up on one job for a couple weeks, and sometimes we're both out running small tickets and work orders + coming together where needed. Having a third member to the team will make it much easier to juggle our skills around where they need to be. Some of the projects we do- Window + Porch screens, Faucets, sinks + drains, toilets, Light fixtures, switches and outlets, Minor roof repairs Rot repairs Flooring Drywall + paint General carpentry *Decks, screened porches, windows + doors, interior + exterior trim, this list goes on* General handiwork (Blinds, curtains, hanging pictures, smoke detectors, towel bars, tp holders, mirrors, minor leaks, ect).
