found injured puppy needs home

I found a puppy outside in the freezing cold in the middle of the night I cant take care of it, I already have 5 dogs I need someone who can afford a vet to take him I dont want to call to have him taken because im afraid they wont let him live please if you can take this pitbull puppy and take him to the vet it looks like his left hind leg is injured but also had some dry blood on his belly, I can't tell where it's coming from PLEASE DONT BOTHER IF YOURE NOT WILLING TO TAKE HIM TO THE VET!
