My 1 yr old Green quaker parrot got out on 11/14/2021. Charlie was last seen on 8500s 4800 w in West jordan. I'm so worried about him out in the cold. Please help me by checking your back yards, trees, any small hiding spots, window wells and keeping an eye and ear out for him. He does laugh and talk.
