Description

Family owned and operated logistics fulfillment and business development company; located in Orange County California. Specializing in big box US retail distribution and e-commerce fulfillment. This individual will lead the warehousing and shipping of goods for their specific group of clients, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with employees and temporary workers, coordination of simultaneous shipping and receiving, management of team, controlling costs to improve profits and productivity, working with other departments to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules for shipping and receiving, and inventory management. Duties include, but are not limited to: * Receiving project management: ensure all product from overseas containers are received, unloaded, correctly put away * Manage outgoing shipment procedures to ensure company will not incur any chargebacks from customer by reading Routing Guidelines and shipping with 100% accuracy on: Shipping Windows; Paperwork and packaging; Carton Markings; UPC Codes; Labeling; Other Routing Guidelines requirements * Inventory Management * Manage outgoing shipments to customers to ensure excellent outbound traffic management resulting in on-time delivery to the customer under delivery windows * Communicate with customer for order specific order details * Oversee inventory control process Please call us for immediate consideration.
