Production Assembler

We are urgently looking for people to come work with us on our 1st shift production Operation! We are needing 3-5 people right now! This includes: Working knowledge of packaging production equipment and understanding of packaging processes of equipment used fillers, cappers, and labelers. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Detail oriented. Participate in all line changeover activities including equipment changes. Remove or clear any obstacles jamming the production line to ensure its efficient operation. Clean equipment, rooms and general areas for production use. Technical competency. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Perform occasional tasks assigned by the supervisor. Highly motivated, conscientious, self-managed team player, with experience working in a production team environment. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Spanish and English (preferred) Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (assistance is available when needed). Flexibility to work OT, Holidays, weekends & rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights) is a requirement for this position. Call or come on by to 150 Douglas Ave for open interviews!
