Need a Full-Time SHOP FOREMAN for an Auto Repair Shop in North Hollywood Qualifications: *More than 5 Years Shop Foreman experience *Valid Drivers License *Advanced knowledge of automotive mechanics and maintenance. *Ability to direct and supervise personnel and coordinate shop operations. *Able to delegate and mentor technicians to bring them to higher professional levels *Punctual and reliable *High level of Integrity and trustworthiness *Ability to multi task and prioritize all volumes of work *Effective, proactive problem-solving skills to minimize any down time in production *Excellent supervisory and organizational skills *Strong leadership skills and experience Responsibilities: *Accurately diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems *Assign all vehicle repairs to technicians and oversee completion. *Review and approve completed work orders. *Inspect all technicians’ work and test drive vehicles prior to check-out *Supervise, motivate and monitor individual technician productivity to achieve maximum daily output *Manage daily and weekly workload *Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Inspects completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. *Monitors shop condition, including cleanliness, safety and the condition of shop equipment. *Inspects vehicles for cleanliness, and orders corrective maintenance as needed *Performs additional related duties as required and assigned
