We are looking for people that share our passion for automotive parts and have an appreciation for quality work. As a business we run a number of sales channels that service a large customer base across the US by selling our products through company owned websites as well as marketplaces (Ebay / Amazon). We run a 75,000 ft Warehouse facility in Rialto and have an onsite workshop that is responsible for the production of parts that are built to order for our customer. In this role, you are expect to be Hands-On, Lead by Example, as part of your daily duties you will coordinate and supervise all activities, and set priorities for the warehouse team. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will provide technical expertise for complex issues and ensure effective and efficient production work flow. Job Responsibilities: -Achieves all target goals objectives through proper planning and prioritizing. - Complete physical labor activities (loading & unloading trucks, shipping, receiving, assembly, Inventory control and production. -Advanced Computer Skills ( WMS Systems, Excel, billing of materials, Inventory, Adjustments.) -Maintaining a safe and clean working environment that will ensure safety of all employees. -Cross functional interaction with others departments to resolve technical problems, scheduling conflicts, equipment issues, etc. Manages staff selection, performance, Training to ensure team competencies and capabilities to reach the business goals and expectations.
