YogaSix Class at Pompano Beach Brewing Company! Join us for a FREE Gratitude Flow for Thanksgiving weekend at the Pompano Beach Brewing Company! We welcome everyone to stay after and cheers with a beer to a joyful holiday season ahead. (Drinks are not included in the registration.) Space is limited so we kindly ask that you register for this class. Enjoy $5 drafts! This event is also in partnership with Yoga 4 Change, feel free to bring a mat to donate to this wonderful non-profit organization. Donated yoga mats will directly support trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness and meditation programming for youth, veterans, incarcerated individuals and mental health communities in South Florida.
