Multifamily property management company is seeking a highly motivated, experienced HVAC certified Maintenance Tech to join our team. This is a full time position, Mon-Fri with on call rotation. Job Responsibilities: *Customer Service *Grounds Maintenance and up keep *Complete service requests in a timely manner *Complete turnover of vacant apts. *Paint/drywall repairs *Trouble shoot, repair and install HVAC *Minor electrical/plumbing repairs *Basic Carpentry *On call rotation for after hour emergencies Job Requirements: *HVAC Certification required *Ability to pass a drug test and background check *Strong communication skills *Own your own vehicle and have a valid drivers License *Minimum of 3 years plumbing/electrical/HVAC experience *Willingness to respond quickly to emergencies If interested, please send resume ASAP as we are starting the interview process immediately.
