Job: Replace siding on North Kihei single story home Jobsite: Single Story Home on flat lot. Remove old Exterior skin, Add “Hurricane Clips” to top of wall, when Siding is off. Replace rotten 2x4 studs as needed. Caulk cracks and gaps to make walls airtight. Add Fiberglass insulation, Replace old siding panels with New Cement Board. Add PVC Edging (wide), Caulk, and Paint (one color). Take away trash etc.
