I am needing to rehome my 8 year old White German Shepherd Dog, Wyatt. He's very sweet and still playful, though mostly likes lounging on a soft pet bed. He's neutered and potty trained. Ideally suited for a home where he has a big yard and/or an active owner who takes him on walks/runs. He's been raised around other animals, so does get along with other dogs and cats, but has been the alpha. I've always fed him separately, as he can get protective of his food dish if other animals come around at meal time. He is a sensitive animal, in that fireworks and thunderstorms scare him. I've had to crate him to keep him from being destructive with nervous energy during those times. I'm going through difficult times with a divorce and personal medical issues, so he's more than I can keep after having to move/rent a house. It completely breaks my heart to be in this position, but I ask that you please consider this option. Asking $275 rehoming fee, as that's what I paid for the crate that can go with him.
