Wine company is hiring a full-time stock clerk. Located in Larchmont, NY. Walking distance from the train station. Responsibilities: This position receives, stores, and distributes materials, and products within the Storage and warehouse. Minimum 2 years experience in retail is REQUIRED Assist in packing and shipping, checking in products, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing. Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. Sort and place wine on racks and shelves according to specific locations. Be able to lift 48-65lbs Follow exact instructions how to handle luxury items properly File work orders or requests for stock items and distribute items to shipping or drivers. Assist in counting of physical inventory. Prepare parcels for shipping. Local deliveries using own car or accompanied by a driver. Sweep, dust, and mop. Keep storage and work areas organized at all times. Wear proper clean work attire (Non slip shoes, warm clothing to be in 55 degree temp). Mon-Fri 10-6pm every other Saturday Availability in schedule is REQUIRED as most days we will need you to stay late or come in earlier. Some Saturdays during busy time and holidays
