Hello, Quit using smelly rooms that people live in and the gear is all broken. This is a shared rehearsal and storage space. Preference goes to individual musicians but it is set up so a band can rehearse. It is a large clean room with lots of natural light. We are serious, dedicated, reliable, established musicians. We are looking for someone who might like to join our shared space. There is storage & secure 24 hour access. There is a shared drum kit, keyboard, solid PA, tons of mics, guitar, keyboard and bass amps. Musicians can schedule up to 3 hours a day 7 days a week, online. Scheduling is flexible. It is $335 a person, a month. This covers everything. Storage space, rehearsal space & electricity etc. The scheduling will be flexible up to 3 hours a day, 7 days a week. Booked up to 1 week in advance with the ability to take additional time, day of, if not scheduled. Room has natural light and is very neat and clean!
