High-value lifestyle and water sports products require a skilled warehouse and maintenance employee – ideally with knowledge in mechanics and electronics. The successful candidate will take care of goods movements inbound and outbound with control of the corresponding documentation as well as the maintenance of our offices and warehouse with all equipment and installations. You will receive training in the technical functions of our high-tech product in order to enable you in the future for independent repair work. A successful candidate will be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office yet very technical and hands-on. With the right experience in electronics and a desire to expand your career, you may be a perfect fit to help us manage our growing business. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities - Perform detailed inspections, preparing reports AND doing repairs; carries out these job duties personally to ensure the highest quality of work - Ensuring that all products shipped have excellent quality. Managing the inventory of our product - maintaining adequate stock levels to meet sales needs, ordering new product and restocking as necessary. Qualifications and Skills - ATTENTION TO DETAIL - Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools. - Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills. - Communication, Organizational and teamwork skills. - Initiative focus and commitment. - Desire to work closely with a small team to achieve corporate objectives. - Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish). - Must be able to frequently lift up to 70lbs.
