Job description Car Wash Lead/Detailing Manager Be part of an exciting carwash & detailing company! We are looking for a manager to join the No-H2O team in Fort Lauderdale. We are an innovative waterless carwash & Detailing company using tech to deliver services to our customers. We recently launched in Fort Lauderdale and are working with some of the largest companies in this area. This opportunity is available to join our growing team now. This is not an office job, you will be out in elements working at different locations.As a working manager and team leader you must have a work permit and valid driving license.This is an amazing opportunity for driven individuals to grow with this rapidly expanding company. Responsibilities Recruiting, hiring, and training new detailers Ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly and on time Demonstrate professional customer satisfaction skills and practices Communicate with all employees/clients/employer in a professional manner Ability to work in fast paced environment Following the rules provided by HQ Ability to inspect for quality in detail, maintain a minimum quality standard Follow all compliance safety regulations; promoting safe behaviors to all employees Minimum Qualifications/Skills 2 years management or lead experience Excellent verbal communication skills Customer first orientation Carwash experience preferred – but not required Attention to detail Ability to manage a daily work schedule while directing others Basic computer experience in Word and Excel Job type Work Site in Fort Lauderdale Full time Training provided Salary $17-18/hr +(bonuses available for high performance) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
