Great facility located Midtown West near Times Sq, Port Authority, Penn Station, etc.. We have primarily been renting our space a video and photography production studio over the past year but are getting many inquiries for events now that we have taken down some walls and opened up the space. 3,000sf of space for Birthday parties, Showers, Film screenings, meetings, seminars, graduations, etc... We cannot host loud Hiphop or Rave type parties and all music must be played through our speakers. No PA systems or Live instruments allowed.
