Brooklyn artist is looking for a studio assistant/seamstress for work on gallery show project We currently need someone to sew small cut materials for the project, stuffing & finishing. Other work will include measuring & cutting, mounting, sewing larger works etc. Help in the studio also with work to finish pieces, stretching fabric on supports & work in studio on organizing, packaging etc. Some work can be taken if you choose to work on at your machine also depending on the pieces. Reliable, work independently & as a team, knowledgeable & precise in your skill.
