Hello, I am an owner of multifamily buildings in laconia that are consistently being painted on both the interior and exterior. Total units include approximately 82. The interior painting occurs after renovations as well as during apartment turnovers. Exterior paintings occur after new entry’s are installed, after exterior repairs, and upon new building purchases. Painting needs are needed regularly and would likely provide for close to full time need. All units are painted with white trim and light tan walls. All exteriors have white trim as well.
