Property Management Company is looking for Maintenance Personnel. This individual has a role that requires effective and careful evaluation of all properties. Job Duties: Must be able to manage multiple priorities and have a broad range of maintenance skills. Must be dependable and reliable. Must pass a drug test and criminal and credit background checks prior to employment. Must have a valid state driver's license, reliable and insured transportation All work performed must be clean, neat and meet the highest standards. Must have the ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Electrical & Plumbing repairs HVAC Ensure that smoke detectors, circuit breakers, outlets & lights in common areas are working Responsible for handling all repairs & work orders, conducting ongoing maintenance programs, as well as inspecting property to identify potential & current needs. Painting & Drywall Repair Experience maintaining & installing various types of mechanical equipment General repair & upkeep of the building's interior & exterior areas Communicate maintenance needs for all buildings, units and grounds & enter in to the work order system Ensure that vacant units are move-in ready Review sites' physical conditions reports to ensure that buildings are well maintained (clean, appealing and marketable). Perform property visits as determined necessary. Occasional after hours on call availability for emergencies & projects. Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Please email your resume
