You will lear INTRODUCTION TO HANDGUNS     LEVEL I   This is a 3 hour course designed to provide a safe, fun environment in which to learn.  You will learn gun safety and storage, range etiquette & how-to’s, the mechanics of how a handgun works, what equipment & supplies are needed.  This course will cover handgun basics to include loading, unloading, basic grip, how to aim at your target, and allow you to practice firing a handgun in a safe environment with supervision and instruction.  Learning objectives of this course are  Different Types of handguns  How to select the right gun fit Basic Handgun function-how does it work  Basic Equipment or Supply Needs  Eye and Ear protection  Brimmed Hat  Safe Firearm storage/transporting Ammunition  Basic range rules & etiquette  Firearm Safety  Loading/Unloading a Handgun  Basic Sight Picture Knowledge  Basic grip and how to load & make ready  Range shooting-course of fire 5 yards- 25 rounds total fired
