EW2 Structures Design Pre-proposal Meeting Norfolk Southern Railway Company (NSR) is hosting a Pre-proposal meeting for parties who wish to be considered for a contract to provide Structural Design Services for the EW2 Program. NSR anticipates entering into as many as four contracts for the design of the structures improvements required in the CREATE EW2 Program. Attendance at the Pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for Engineering Service Providers that wish to submit a response to our Request for Proposal. Firms wishing to partner with a Service Provider are encouraged to participate and should also register for this meeting. If possible each individual that will be attending should register. The Pre-proposal meeting will address the anticipated scopes of work, proposal requirements, DBE requirements, scoring criteria and provide an opportunity to ask questions and network with DBE firms and other interested parties. State of Illinois and City of Chicago COVID19 requirements will be followed at this event. Parking is available at the entrance near W65th Ave & Halsted Street (see below map).
