Cedars for Celebration Bring home a native tree or wreath this season from right here in Dubuque County. While cedars are native to this area, they are taking over our remnant prairies and need to be taken out. We will be cutting them done with hand saws and loppers provided by County Conservation Staff. We will also be providing wire, ribbon, and tools for wreath making. Please dress for the weather and bring rope to tie down any larger trees you will be taking home with you. Please park in the Sunnycrest Manor parking lot, then walk down to the turn around near the prairie.
