There truly can be beauty from brokenness. Kaitlin has been on staff at Wildwood Hills Ranch for 7 years after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa. For 5 years she served as the Program Director and over the past two years has been able to serve as the Operations Director. She has a passion for helping people taking their next step in life, faith, and leadership. In addition, she loves a good gator ride, an adventure on the high ropes course, or a hot cup of coffee. Her goal is to inspire others towards pursuing their God-given passion and equipping the next generation of leaders.
