Now hiring for an experienced maintenance technician. Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance construction, plumbing, electric, and/or appliance repairs, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check. Successful applicants must be honest, hardworking, be self-motivated, organized, detailed, and communicate well in a team environment. Job duties include but are not limited to: general apartment maintenance and repair including plumbing, electrical, painting and electric appliance repair. Building maintenance includes the routine upkeep of property exteriors includes gutters and cleaning stairwells, building lights, sidewalks, parking lots, etc. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs.
