Beautiful cat needs new home

Max is looking for a new home. After 11 years I’m having to move into a new apartment and sadly I cannot take him with me. He is about 9 years old, micro chipped, fixed, and a clean bill of health. Though he is due for his rabies and feline shots. Max is not an outdoor cat, he’s very timid and shy until he gets comfortable, but very loving once he does. He never ventures far past the patio, maybe 20 feet from the door. He would be best suited as an only pet due to his nature. He’s not a climbing type cat, he likes being on the ground and is pretty savvy at catching all sorts, from June bugs to baby gophers. (I did rescue both from him) he’s very loved so I’d like to find the most suitable home for him.
