Integrated Solar Applications Corporation (ISA), a Brattleboro-based renewable energy company seeks a PV and Mini-split installer to join our team. ISA is looking for an individual with construction experience and strong attention to details. The successful applicant will have physical strength, stamina and no fear of heights and present in a professional manner. A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are necessary. This is a full-time position and has an hourly wage determined by experience and qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist lead installer with quality solar PV and mini-split installations in the following areas:
Solar PV – Roof penetrations and attachments, groundwork preparation, racking, optimizer assembly, combiner box assembly, grounding, homeruns, panel attachments, inverter racking, and other related tasks
Mini-Splits – Indoor unit mounting, outdoor unit bases, outdoor racking and compressor units, line sets with line hide cover sets, copper line flaring, line insulation, branch boxes
• Read plans, make calculations, layout components by measurements, snap and pull lines
• Assist with overall crew and job site safety in areas of staging materials and tools, loading trucks, general support, site preparation, set-up and clean-up
