Learn about the Reformation from one of the best theologians and church historians of our day: Dr. Stephen Nichols of Ligonier Ministries. Dr. Stephen Nichols, a Teaching Fellow of Ligonier Ministries, who will be presenting a special 4-part lecture about Martin Luther and the Reformation titled, Here I Stand (in celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Diet of Worms). Seating is limited. Dr. Stephen J. Nichols is president of Reformation Bible College, Chief Academic Officer for Ligonier Ministries, and a Ligonier Ministries Teaching Fellow. He has authored or edited over twenty books, including: The Legacy of Luther, The Reformation: How a Monk and a Mallet Changed the World, and A Time for Confidence: Trusting God in a Post-Christian Society. He has also authored several children’s books such as: Reformation ABCs: The People, Places, and Things of the Reformation—from A to Z, and The Church History ABCs: Augustine and 25 Other Heroes of the Faith. Dr. Nichols hosts the podcasts 5 Minutes in Church History and Open Book. He earned his Ph.D. from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.
