Raise funds for RJR Booster Club Booster Club Reverse Raffle GRAND PRIZE up to $10,000 Saturday, April 2, 2022 Dinner 6:30pm / Raffle Starts at 7:30pm GMAC Building 500 West 5th Street Plaza and Lobby Ticket Donation $100.00. Only 300 tickets sold. In the event all 300 tickets are NOT sold, Grand Prize will be 33% of gross proceeds. Must be 21 or over to attend. BUYER MUST BE PRESENT OR REPRESENTED. Please sign waiver on back of this ticket if being represented at Raffle by someone other than purchaser. PURCHASE WAIVER As the original purchaser, I authorize (please print name) to represent and act on my behalf in any and all decisions surrounding this ticket up to and including selling or NOT selling to a third party during drawing process. Purchaser Signature must be the same person that is on the ticket stub turned in.
