Madison will be teaching a Deep Stretch & Mobility Flow while incorporating mimosa sipping, playful movements and laughs. This class will use props to help deepen muscular flexibility and widen your range of motions, and mimosas can't hurt. Come enjoy some fun, and don't take yourself too seriously!
