Join us for our second evening Owl Prowl of the season to learn all about the owl species found at the Norman Bird Sanctuary! Recommended for ages 5 and up. Prowl the trails at dusk as native owls begin to set up their nesting territory. This family-friendly program includes a hike to Red Maple Pond, observing the local terrain and listening for owls along the way. After the guided hike, attendees will have the opportunity to dissect owl pellets. Attendees are encouraged to dress warmly and bring a blanket as it will likely be chilly. Warm up after the outdoor adventure by the bonfire with a steaming cup of hot chocolate! Owl Prowls sell-out quickly. Don't miss this program, which will only be offered one more time this season.
