Bring Your Own Bottle of an Italian Red to practice with as you learn; the Italian red wine regions, expert tasting techniques, food and wine pairings, glassware for different types of wine. And as a student of the Institute of Masters of Wine, put Matthew on the spot to tell you more about the wine you bring. About The Artist: Matthew holds the WSET Diploma and is a Student of the Institute of Masters of Wine. He is the Newport Mansions Wine and Food Festival Wine Director since 2020. Prior to that he was Chef, Partner, and Wine Director of Jamestown Fish that earned a spot on Wine Enthusiast's List of 100 Best Wine Restaurants and Matthew was twice voted Food & Wine People's Best New Chef. Matthew resides in Jamestown, RI and is focusing on his own wine education and sharing that knowledge with others.
