By blending a variety of spiritual sound practices and world instruments together, they bring you to new levels of awareness and conscious expansion. What is Sound Alchemy? Sound Alchemy is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies and music to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony by balancing the energetic field. These healing/therapeutic frequencies and sounds are delivered via the Voice, and a variety of sound healing tools such as Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, digeridoo, medicine drums, native flutes, rattles and more. Sound healing assists with reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. It balances and clears the mind, and leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. It boosts health, strengthens the immune system and facilitates healing. By aligning the mind, body, spirit, heart and soul, your entire perspective on life can change and with that, comes transformational healing! 90 min Overview: We will begin the journey with introductions, and opening the circle by connecting with one another and sharing our individual intentions and sharing from the heart. This will be followed by a guided Earth Grounding Meditation prior to moving into the sound journey experience. After the journey, we will share in circle with one another about our experience and shifts in awareness, and then close the circle with group voice expression. All are welcome!
