Well established local van rental company seeks a motivated, reliable, self-starter to join our winning team. Must have a great attitude and a willingness to hustle in a fast-paced environment. As our car washer/detailer, you will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles in accordance with our company guidelines, ensuring that all vehicles rented by our customers are safe and clean. Auto Detail experience is helpful, but not required. We will train you. RE: Covid-19...You must be fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccination at time of interview. We practice social distancing always, and adhere to all CDC, local, state and federal guidelines. Masks must always be worn inside the office when more than one person is present. Job Responsibilities: Take vehicles to the automated or self-serve car wash to vacuum the interior, wash, clean the windows, and dry the exterior. Clean, sanitize, and prepare the interior of the vehicle Operate washing equipment when needed (portable upholstery cleaner) Check fuel levels and add as needed Check fluid levels and add as needed Check tire condition, tread depth and tire pressure Verify that registration and tags are present, current, and match the license plate. Verify that insurance card is present and current. Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns; report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage Deliver clean and inspected vehicle to designated area Take vehicles to mechanic for maintenance and repairs Deliver vehicles locally Job requirements: Must be 21 yrs. of age or older with a valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record. Must have reliable transportation Must be able to follow direction Must be able to work with little to no supervision Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. (remove/install seats) Must be willing to work outside in all weather conditions Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future This is a FULL-TIME position 8:30 am until needed, M-F (occasional weekend) Starting salary is $15.00 per hour with salary review after 120 days.
