The event will take place at the Larimer Arts Center located at 216 Reid Street Palatka, FL 32177. We believe that every artist from every town around the world deserves recognition, education, and encouragement. We embrace every inspirational voice and celebrate their interpretive work that is revealed through film, animation, writing, photography, and art. Vendors will also have an opportunity to network and sell their products at the film festival. About The Founder The festival was founded by Shalisha Bynoe, owner of Amina Gold Publishing & Media Inc. She recognized that aspiring screenwriters, filmmakers, and photographers have limited avenues to showcase, market, and have their work recognized by a larger audience.
